Every month we go to a volunteer conservation day at Hazel Hill Wood. (https://www.hazelhill.org.uk/). This gives our project members the opportunity to be part of a conservation scheme learning about managing woodlands for wildlife and also to meet new people and work in mixed groups. This is a great opportunity to build confidence and work on key skills such as communication.
